COMMENTS:
“This is a FAST bump-and-jump board, easy to jibe and jump. Very fun to ride in today’s conditons of 15-20 knots, onshore 2-foot waves. Went upwind well,
with a 5.0 Pryde Zone wave sail.”
But a female sailor gave it a 3 in Speed. “Seemed sluggish under the weight of a 5.0 sail,” she said, adding that it needed another opportunity to prove itself, which she never had a chance to give. She also said the footstraps were very comfortable.
“A good board but probably better for slalom-type conditions. Upwind and early planing are excellent. Rides a little high in the water and is very fast. Jibes well.”
