Booms: Hawaiian Pro Line @ Islamorada

This year’s Hawaiian Pro Line is 29mm in diameter, and has a new front end and new adjustment mechanism. The front end is rubberized plastic molded over aluminum, and is very easy to use. The external pin adjustment mechanism uses two stainless pins, and opens and closes with minimal effort. The boom is also notable for its new single-piece four-sheave back end, with the pulley mechanism and cleat molded into it.
