| The 255 FX has always been a great board for high-wind conditions. Its poly construction not only makes it extremely durable but also gives it a fast, smooth, shock-absorbing ride in rough water. Its somewhat traditional outline makes the ride feel smaller than its length and volume would lead you to expect. Smooth in the turns, though not as loose as most boards in its size range, the 255 FX seems to best suit medium- to heavyweight riders who sail in lots of wind. Good components combined with good performance and a great price make the 255 FX one of the best values available. |
