Jace Panabianco

22 year old windsurfer from Southampton, NY is the youngest racer in the Trans-Atlantic Fleet. The only son of Richard Panebianco and Chris Thompson, Jace has a fraternal twin sister name Nova.

Panebianco has been windsurfing for over a decade, first in the waters surrounding Long Island and then traveling to compete in Oregon, California, North Carolina, Baja and Hawaii. Panebianco has been successful in both wave sailing and racing events, most notably 2nd in the East Coast Wave Bash and 8th in the Black Dog Pro-Am.

Panebianco's other interest include writing, reading, chess, wrestling, snowboarding and surfing. Time spent away from these things are usually spent with his family and friends.

The Trans-Atlantic will be the most formidable test of both Panebianco's ability and fortitude.
