FINAL PREPARATIONS are made and the US Team unveiled their secret weapon. The bright orange sail bag which allows the team to store fully rigged sails was unveiled by Monty Spindler of The Loft sails in the darkness of night. The highly anticipated second race with the now ready to rock RIBs will start at first light. The sail bag should prove to be advantageous as neither team has any experience in rigging sails on the new RIBs. Under the tarp, the US has four sails rigged. The Race tomorrow will cover 200 miles to Casablanca for refueling and a brief overnight stay.

The Americans who will be sailing to Gran Canary will be:
John Chao, Fernando Martinez Del Cerro, Marco De Moraes and Daniele Oliviere.

For the Brazilians: Carlos Edwardo Borges, Augusto Brito (not pictured), Roberto Ermel and Alexandre Serrado
